To ensure even heat distribution, knead the product carefully before use and check the temperature on a sensitive part of the body (eg the crease of the arm). Do not forget to follow the instructions for use!

Simply heat the toy in your microwave for up to 90 seconds.

Make sure your microwave oven is clean and the turntable can rotate freely.

Enjoy the soothing warmth for up to 2 hours, rewarm when the product reaches room temperature.

To use as an ice pack, place your toy in a freezer bag and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. This will help
relieve bruises and sprains and also reduce fever.

Wash the surface with a slightly damp cloth only

DO NOT immerse in water or machine wash as this will damage the filling.

Reheat in a microwave or electronic oven: Remove the paper label from the product and keep it for later use. Heat the clean and dry product in the microwave for a maximum of 90 seconds at a maximum of 800 watts. Make sure that the turntable rotates freely, that it is clean or free of grease and that the microwave switches off automatically after a maximum of 90 seconds. Turn off the grill function! To heat in a preheated electric oven (caution: only with circulating air!), place the product on a heat-resistant plate on the middle shelf of the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes at 100 °C. The existing grill function must always be switched off! Always allow the product to cool to room temperature before heating. Check the heat development from time to time.

Never overheat the product! Heat the product only under adult supervision. Be careful when removing the product from the microwave or oven. Pay attention to the indicated heating time and power.

Caution: Direct skin contact may cause burns. Always knead carefully, especially before giving the product to a child, to ensure that the product is not too hot and that the heat is evenly distributed.

Caution: The surface temperature may continue to rise even after actual heating after removal from the microwave oven. Before use, check the temperature of the product (max. 41 °C) on a sensitive part of the body (e.g. in the crease of the arm).

The product must be cooled to room temperature and the surface clean and dry before reheating. It may take up to a maximum of 4 hours for the product to cool completely to room temperature. Foreign bodies or contamination (e.g. food residues) can damage the product. For microwaves with a power of 850-1000 watts, the heating time should not exceed 60 seconds. If the power exceeds 1000 watts, this product should NOT be heated. If you accidentally overheat, allow the product to cool completely to room temperature in a safe place and do not touch it.

The product filling contains natural, processed millet grains. The product can be heated as often as you like without losing its warming effect. Please treat this Warmies ® product with care to ensure a long service life. Clean the surface of the product regularly with a damp cloth and let it air dry before use. Do not immerse the product in water. Always store the product in a cool, dry place after each use. Periodically check the condition of the product and dispose of it with normal household waste if it is worn or damaged. The product can be deleted. Separate cleaning of the filling or inner cushion is not possible. Clean the product only according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Before the product can be reheated, it must be completely dry again.
